Our 40x40 climbing wall panels are hand-built in Salt Lake City from void-free birch plywood — the same material used in professional climbing gyms. Each panel arrives ready to mount with T-nuts pre-installed at industry-standard spacing (4" from edges, 8" apart).

Friction Paint Options

• 2 Coats ($115) — Standard grip. Great for most home gyms and recreational climbing walls
• 3 Coats ($120) — Enhanced texture for more advanced training, competition-style surface feel
