Our 40"x40" climbing wall panels ship via standard UPS Ground or FedEx Ground — no freight delivery, no delivery appointments, no LTL required. Every order ships as a standard parcel with full tracking included.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated rates per panel:
- Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx): $20–35 per panel
- Local Pickup: Free
We compare live rates between UPS and FedEx and use whichever is lower for your address. The rate you see at checkout reflects the actual cost — no markup.
Bundle Orders
Bundle orders ship as separate parcels — one box per panel, each with its own tracking number. Estimated shipping totals by bundle:
- Starter Kit (2 panels): ~$40–70 shipping
- Core Setup (6 panels): ~$120–210 shipping
- Full Wall Kit (12 panels): ~$240–420 shipping

4'x8' Panel Freight Shipping
Our 4'x8' panels are larger, heavier, and require freight shipping rather than standard UPS or FedEx Ground. Key details:
- Minimum order: 5 panels
- Shipping method: Freight carrier — delivery time and cost vary by location
- Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout (5% off 5+ panels, up to 15% off 30+ panels)
- Lead time: Contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and coordinate delivery
Freight quotes depend on your location and order size. Contact us before placing a bulk order and we'll get you an accurate freight quote and talk through the details of your project.
Packaging
Each panel ships at approximately 35–45 lbs packaged, with dimensions of 40" x 40" plus protective wrapping. Panels are packaged to arrive safely without oversized freight handling.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available free of charge. Select it at checkout and we'll reach out to coordinate a pickup time. No shipping costs, no waiting on a carrier — just come grab your panels.

Damaged in Shipping?
Our panels are packaged to survive transit, but if a carrier damages your order we make it right — no questions asked. If your panel arrives damaged:
- Take a photo of the damage before moving the panel
- Email us at hello@climbingwallpanels.com within 7 days of delivery
- We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping on damaged orders. If you receive the wrong item, the same process applies — just reach out and we'll fix it.
