The Panels
What size are the panels?
Our standard panel is 40"x40" — designed to ship as a standard parcel via UPS or FedEx Ground without requiring freight. We also offer 4'x8' panels for larger installations, which ship via freight (minimum order of 5).
What wood are the panels made from?
Void-free birch plywood, 3/4" thick. The same grade used in commercial gym installations. No voids means consistent hold placement — no surprises when you drill.
Do the panels come with T-nuts pre-installed?
Yes. Every panel ships with T-nuts already installed at industry-standard 8" spacing, 4" from the edges. You do not need to install them yourself.
What finish do the panels have?
A clear polyurethane coat. It gives the surface real grip and protects the wood. If you want more friction, we offer an optional 2-coat friction paint finish at checkout.
What is the weight capacity per panel?
Our panels are built to the same structural standard as commercial walls. For home use with standard hold loads, they are more than sufficient. If you have a specific high-load application, contact us before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Typically 3–7 business days for standard ground shipping depending on your location relative to Salt Lake City. Tracking is included with every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship within the contiguous United States only.
