Our panels are built on void-free birch plywood, which means your T-bolts stay locked in place — no inning, no frustration, just smooth setting every time. Each board comes pre-coated with a clear polyurethane finish that adds just the right amount of texture, giving the surface a natural climbing feel that your hands will actually grip. At a solid ¾" thick, our panels are built to handle whatever you throw at them. T-bolts are spaced 4" from the edges and 8" apart from one another, giving you a consistent, industry-standard layout that works with any holds you already own. We offer our standard 40"x40" panels — perfect for smaller backyard setups and modular walls — as well as larger 4'x8' boards for those looking to cover more ground and build out a more serious climbing space.
